2025 - Exterior Painting of City Hall and Post Office

The City of Medina is re-bidding the exterior painting project for the City Hall Building (501 Evergreen Pt Rd) and Post Office Building (816 Evergreen Pt Rd). 

Proposals are due Wednesday, April 2, 2025 EOD via email to rosada@medina-wa.gov.

Please see details below:

• City Hall Building - excludes railing and posts.
• Post Office Building – excludes north wall with mural.
• Paint System (or equal)              

1. Coat 1:  Miller All Purpose Stain Blocking Primer, #470011 or equal, dry film thickness 1.5 mils

2. Coat 2:  Miller Acri-Lite Exterior Paint, #5101XX or equal, dry film thickness 1.5-2.0 mils

3. Coat 3:  Miller Acri-Lite Exterior Paint, #5101XX or equal, dry film thickness 1.5-2.0 mils           

• Follow manufacturers recommendations for surface preparation and application.
• Match existing colors.
• Exclude City Hall Deck Railing

Please note City Hall and the Post Office are open for exterior site visits anytime.
