Limited Notary Services

Notary services are typically available during normal city hall business hours, Monday – Thursday, 7:30AM-4:00PM. and Friday by appointment only. This service is provided for a fee of $10 per notary stamp. Photo ID is required.

Important Note: City staff cannot prepare nor edit notary documents on your behalf.

Limited Services
Not all notary services are performed at this location. Extensive notary requests such as real estate transactions and wills/estate documents will not be accommodated. Search the internet for other notary locations in the area.

Witnesses
Customers requiring witness signatures before a notary public must provide their own witnesses at the time of notarization. In order to serve as a witness, the witness must be personally known to the individual whose document is being notarized and valid photo identification must be provided.

True & Correct Copies
Notary service for True & Correct Copies will only be performed for City related business documents.
