2025 - City Hall Interior Painting

The City of Medina is soliciting bids to paint the interior of City Hall (501 Evergreen Pt Rd).  

There are three levels with the Police Department in the basement.  

For reference, see attached specifications for the existing paint.

Proposals are due Friday, April 4, 2025 EOD via email to rosada@medina-wa.gov.

• Walls & Ceilings in eggshell (color to be selected by staff)
• Trim & Doors in semi-gloss (color to be selected by staff)
• Phasing may be necessary due to staffed and operational building
• Hours of operation M-F 8a-4p
• Onsite visit is recommended and by appointment only
