2024 - NE 12th Street Pedestrian Improvements

The NE 12^th Street Pedestrian Improvement project will begin Monday May 20, 2024.  This project is expected to complete at the end of July 2024.  Please note, there will be limited access for pedestrian traffic between 80^th Ave NE and Evergreen Pt Rd.  Vehicular traffic will see minimal impact, however parking along the corridor will be significantly reduced by the construction. This project will replace the existing concrete sidewalk with new 6’ wide concrete sidewalk between 80th Ave NE and Evergreen Pt Road. Traffic calming curb extensions (bulb-outs) are also included in the project to improve safety for both vehicles and pedestrians.
